Where? In your email inbox, on the phone, and in a private (optional) Facebook group.
When? Calls will take place on Sundays at 2:00 Pacific/4:00 Central/5:00 Eastern The call will be recorded, so if you can’t make it live, you’ll still get the info! And you can send questions ahead of time to be answered live on the call.
How will the course work? Each week’s materials will be sent to you via email AFTER our group call on Sunday.
You’ll also be able to connect with me and others in the course in our private Facebook group (not required.)
I know how busy you are, so there will be varied levels to each week’s “assignments.” If you can find 5-15 minutes in a week (and you know you can – even if you have to hide in the bathroom to do it!) you can engage in the course in a way that will make a difference for you. Plus, you’ll have the materials forever, so you can enter and exit in the ways that work for you.
Week 1: Intro – Setting Your Sights on What You Want (and logistics)
Week 2: Edit Your Everyday Vocabulary and Make Room for Your Power. The basic outline for this week’s will look familiar to those of you who have gone through my free Six Ways material, but it’s much more powerful to do it together. You’ll be amazed at how changing a few words can change how you feel about your life - and how hard it can be to do! We will cheer you on as you practice! Pretty soon you’ll be feeling more powerful and in control of your life and your time, and as a result, just a little less stressed.
Week 3: Quiet the Critic and Bounce Back from Failure. We all have one; that inner voice that tells you you’re just not good enough, smart enough, working hard enough, ready enough etc. to do whatever it is you want to do. It means well enough. It wants to keep us safe, but it’s not the best guide towards success and happiness. You will learn how to recognize your inner critic and how to quiet that voice, especially on the days when your failures outnumber your successes. As a result, you’ll find that you can bounce back more quickly from everyday “failures” - big and small - and can figure out what you want to do next.
Week 4: Care for Your Most Amazing Tool and Make Life Easier. These are strategies I clued into really late in the game, but they really are the place to start. In this week you’ll boost your energy and your mood by focusing on the basics: eat, drink, sleep, move, connect with nature. You’ll choose gentle steps that feel right for you - no rigid formulas here. At the end of this week your body will be thanking you for the ways you took care of it, which will make life just a little easier to handle.
Week 5: Celebrations, Coaching, Catch up and Q&A
Missed a week? Not a problem. Tried something and it didn’t work for you? Check in for some coaching and we’ll figure it out. Knocking it out of the park? Don’t miss the chance to share your wins so we can celebrate with you!
Week 6: Discover to Your Wisdom and Find Surprising New Ways Forward. You met your inner critic already, but there’s another inner voice, a quieter one, that’s really wise. We’ll make use of your imagination to help you to hear from the wisest, most authentic part of who you are and who you are meant to be. You’ll have more clarity about where you’re headed and you’ll feel calmer and less worried about needing to have it all figured out TODAY, excited about what’s possible and you’ll take a step that gets you closer to the best version of your life.
Week 7: Prioritize and Strategize to Decrease Overwhelm. In this week, you’ll get the full benefit of the many hours of reading and experimenting I’ve done with time, task, and clutter management strategies. You WON’T spend days, weeks or lots of dollars trying out some new complicated system that adds more stress than it relieves. You WILL find new ways to make getting sh*t done and you’ll feel the joy that comes from taking action on at least one thing that’s been weighing you down.
Week 8: Final Coaching Call, Celebrations and How to Keep Moving Forward by Making It Easy!!!!
By this point you’ll have some new friends, new strategies for managing the big work you do in the world and you might be a little nervous about heading out on your own. We’ll talk about how you can keep moving forward by putting some things in place that will make it easier to hold on to the progress you’ve made.
