What is Thriving for Equity?

Thriving for Equity

is a

Culture-Shifting Path

It takes Courage.

A small stream flowing through a wooded area with fallen leaves and rocks on the bank, surrounded by leafless trees and some green shrubs.
Tree trunk with moss growing on a large rock at its base in a forest.
Sunlight filtering through green trees onto a dirt trail in a forest.
A stone with shadows of fern leaves cast on it, surrounded by green ivy and wilted brown leaves on the ground.
Scenic view of green rolling hills and mountains with a partly cloudy sky in the background.

But you have that in spades.

But you have that in spades.

Thriving

1) growing or developing vigorously, growing luxuriantly; flourishing.

2) gaining wealth or success, prospering; 3) progressing toward or realizing a goal despite or because of circumstances – ex. to thrive on solving challenging problems.

Equity

1) Fairness and justice in process and results. A condition in which there are no aspects of human identity that predict unequal outcomes (race, gender, ability, nationality, etc.)

2) The value of an investor’s ownership of an asset. Total assets minus total liabilities (including debt).
